Mark focuses his practice on all aspects of business, employment, and school law. Mark has served as day-to-day counsel for employers, and as day-to-day and defense counsel to traditional public schools. Mark is licensed to practice in Ohio and in the federal court system.

Mark has lectured and written on many issues affecting employers, employees, schools and students, including on the subjects of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, FMLA, ADA Discrimination, Age Discrimination, HIPAA, FERPA, Ohio student privacy laws, public records, records retention, statutory immunity, and on the effective use of liability waivers.

Mark co-launched Albeit Weiker with the intent of loving his career, providing practical solutions for regular people, and being a passionate advocate for his clients.

Mark lives in Bexley with his wife Courtney, daughter Kennedy, son Weston, and dog Jake. The family is surrounded by an absurd number of wild squirrels.
