About Brian R. Noethlich

ASSOCIATE

Brian Noethlich is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department.  His areas of practice include personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, and premises liability.  Brian also handles Wage and Hour cases under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Brian loves being a lawyer—and has a passion for pursuing justice for injured people.  He has extensive legal experience at both small and large law firms.  Throughout his time as a lawyer, Brian prosecuted cases on behalf of former Ohio State University students and athletes sexually abused by former University doctor, Richard Strauss.  He also worked for years at an Am Law 100 firm assisting a Bankruptcy Trustee recover funds for victims of Bernie Madoff, an American financier who ran the largest Ponzi scheme in history.

Brian attended law school at Ohio State’s Moritz College of Law where he met his wife Lija who is also a lawyer.  Brian is an avid backpacker, traveler, and trail runner—having run several ultra-marathons.  Brian is a long-time resident of Victorian Village where he lives with Lija and their Vizsla named Cades.
