Mr. Slone’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation in matters for those who have been injured or killed because of another person’s fault. Mr. Slone also represents individuals in matters against their current and former employers for wage and hour disputes involving unpaid minimum wages and overtime wages, tipping violations, and other pay issues. As an attorney, Mr. Slone provides exceptional counsel to clients throughout Ohio and West Virginia and has gained a reputation for his compassion and integrity when dealing with his clients, as well as his amicable nature and accessibility to those he serves. Prior to practicing, Mr. Slone received his undergraduate degree from Marshall University located in Huntington, West Virginia, which also is where he was born and grew up. He earned his law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, in 2015. During his time in law school, Mr. Slone worked as a law clerk in Circuit Court of Wayne County, West Virginia for the Honorable Darrell Pratt. Mr. Slone also worked through law school and for several years thereafter for a small law firm in Huntington, West Virginia where he continued to serve his home community in general legal needs and gain valuable knowledge and experience litigating in the West Virginia court system.
